Pedestrian wrongful death in Bakersfield on Truxton

December 18, 2009--The pedestrian struck and killed on Truxton last Friday was identified as Yolanda Sue Gonzales, age 49 of Bakersfield.  A hit and run vehicle traveling eastbound on Truxton struck her while she was crossing the street.  She was transported to Kern Medical Center.  The vehicle was identified as a white compact.  Ms Gonzales' wrongful death may result in an uninsured motorist claim against her own insurance company if she was insured.  Please contact Attorney John Rozier of Visalia if you would like this matter investigated further.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
