May 11, 2010--The injured passenger in this morning's fatal collision on Highway 41 near Lemoore has been identified as Eshama Rivas, age 38 of Fresno. The deceased driver of the 1998 Mercury is a 32 year old Fresno man who has not yet been named pending next of kin notification.
The intersection where this accident occurred needs to be inspected for dangerous conditions which may have contributed to the accident and the speed of the water truck needs to be determined.
