Pickup Truck Accident, Hits Home in Hanford on 10th Avenue

Maltreatment Lawyer John Rozier has the following update; On Tuesday, September 30, 2014, a truck collided into a house, in Hanford. The Kings County vehicle accident happened at approximately 5 PM.
A black Ford pickup truck attempted to make a left turn from 10th Avenue, onto Greenwood Avenue. For an unknown reason the truck lost control, and crashed into a house on 10th Avenue.
No injuries were reported for the driver, or the occupants in the home.

Head-on Collision on Highway 108 near Oakdale

John L. Rozier has the subsequent update; On Tuesday, August 26, 2014, a deadly head-on accident took place near Oakdale. The car collision happened on Highway 108, northeast of Modesto, at about 2:30 PM.
The driver of a sedan was traveling on Highway 108 when the vehicle crossed the double yellow line, as it tried to pass another car.
A Ford pickup truck, driven by an 82 year old man, was driving in the opposite direction on the freeway, when the sedan came into his lane. The automobile hit the Ford truck head-on.
The truck's driver was killed in the crash. While his passenger, and a man and woman in the car, suffered serious injuries. They were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Merced County Collision Injures Two in Ballico
May 28, 2014- A car accident in Merced County, leaves two people injured on Wednesday. The collision took place in Ballico, California, at about 2:30 PM.
The two vehicles that were involved in the crash were a white, 2001 Ford pickup truck and a 2008 Nissan sedan. The accident happened on Ballico Avenue and El Capitan Way, where CHP officers found the two vehicles crashed into a tree.
The two victims sustained serious injuries; including cracked vertebrae, and abdomen wounds. They were airlifted to a Modesto hospital.
The full details of the collision are not known at this time.

Northwest Fresno Accident Leaves Biker Fatally Wounded
May 5, 2014- A fatality occurred Monday in Fresno, after a pickup truck crashed into a bicyclist. The collision happened at about 3:30 PM.
The accident took place near West Locust Avenue, and Palm Bluffs Avenue. A white Ford pickup truck struck the man on the bicycle. The bike rider was killed from the impact of the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police reported that the driver of the truck remained at the scene of the crash, and was fully cooperative.
No further details about the collision are known at this time.

Fatality in Madera Motorcycle Accident
March 22, 2014- A man from Madera died in a vehicle collision, on Saturday. The fatal crash happened just before noon in Madera, California.
Roger Godinez, 20 years old, of Madera was riding his motorcycle, when the bike collided with a Ford pickup truck at the intersection of Yosemite Avenue, and Q Street.
Godinez, the motorcyclist, was killed at the scene of the accident. No reports on whether the driver of the Ford was hurt.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Bakersfield Car Collision on Olive Drive
March 24, 2014- A multiple auto accident happened in Bakersfield, when a car ran a red light. The Kern County crash took place Monday morning on Olive Drive.
A white,Toyota vehicle, headed west on Olive Drive was reported to have driven through a red light at the Knudsen Drive intersection. The car collided with an eastbound Ford truck.
Two people in the Toyota sustained moderate injuries and were taken by ambulance to Kern Medical Center. A person in the Ford was also hurt and taken to San Joaquin Community Hospital.

DUI Crash Involving 3 Vehicles on Highway 190 near Porterville
December 12, 2011- A Porterville man faces DUI charges after a crash on Highway 190, southeast of Visalia, on Monday, at approximately 2:40 PM.
Arturo Lara, was driving a Chevy Colorado eastbound on Hwy 190, when he passed another car and crashed into the back of a Ford Taurus that was stopped at a stop sign. The Taurus yielded at the intersection of Westwood Road, and Highway 190.
The impact from the accident, pushed the Taurus, driven by Alex Lucio of Porterville, into the intersection, where it collided with a Ford pickup truck. The Ford was driven by Louis Gurrola of Terra Bella.
Lara and Lucio were both injured and taken to Sierra View District Hospital. Lara was charged with felony DUI.

Highway 41 Crash near Easton
December 8, 2011- A fiery crash occurred Thursday, on Highway 41 near Easton, just miles from Fresno. The accident happened at about 7:30 AM.
An SUV was northbound on Highway 41. While a Ford pickup truck was westbound on South Avenue. The truck did not stop at the posted sign that was at the intersection. It slammed into the SUV.
The impact of the collision caused the truck to burst into flames. Both drivers had to be pulled from their vehicles.
The truck's driver received moderate to major injuries and was taken to the hospital. The SUV's driver suffered minor injuries.

Skateboarder Struck by Two Vehicles in Visalia
September 14, 2011- A skateboarder suffered injuries Wednesday night after he was hit by two vehicles in Visalia.
Nick Johnson, was skateboarding east on W. Walnut Avenue, at about 10:30 PM Wednesday. Johnson crossed S. Divisadero St., and was struck by a Ford truck that was turning south onto Divisadero. The truck was driven by Douglas Oneal, of Visalia.
As Johnson lay on the ground, a Ford Mustang, driven by Sharon Stokes, also of Visalia, hit him again.
Johnson received injuries to the head, face, and arms. He was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center to be treated for his injuries. It is reported that he is in stable condition.

Accident on Highway 198 in Three Rivers
September 6, 2011- Roberto Vasquez, of Tulare, suffered major injuries Tuesday evening when the truck he was driving crashed into an embankment on Highway 198. The crash occurred five miles south of Mineral King Road in Three Rivers, 30 minutes from Visalia.
It is reported that Vasquez said his Ford truck's brakes failed. He was pulling a trailer at the time of the accident. The crash was reported at 9:32 that evening.
After the crash, Vasquez was transported to Kaweah Delta Medical Center. He received major injuries, but is now reported as being in good condition.
