SUV Accident on Mooney Boulevard and Mineral King Avenue in Visalia

Visalia Elderly Maltreatment Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident report; On Thursday, October 16, 2014, a rollover accident took place in Visalia.  The Tulare County SUV collision injured at least one person.

A 17 year old boy was driving a 2008 Ford Escape, traveling northbound on Mooney Boulevard.  The Sport Utility Vehicle ran a red light at the Mineral King Avenue intersection.

The Ford smashed into a 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan, that was headed west on Mineral King Ave.  The SUV then overturned from the collision's impact.

A female passenger in the Escape suffered injuries and was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center.  The driver of the Honda also sustained minor injuries, but did not go to the hospital.

Automobile Collision in Strathmore Injures Six People on Highway 65

October 1, 2014- A two-vehicle collision in Tulare County, injures six people, on a Highway 65 intersection.  The automobile accident occurred early Wednesday, in Strathmore.

A 24 year old female driver, of Porterville, was driving a Honda Accord at the intersection of Highway 65 and Avenue 196.  A 59 year old male driver, of a Ford Escape SUV, was reported to have made a left turn right in front of the Honda.  The two vehicles collided.

The jaws of life were used to extricate the driver from the Accord.  She suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center, in Fresno.

Three passengers in the Honda were also injured; one female, and two males.  Their injuries ranged from minor to moderate.  The female was taken to Sierra View Medical Center, and one of the males was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia.  The third passenger refused treatment.

The driver of the SUV, who was from Hanford, and his 55 year old male passenger, both refused medical aide.

SUV Flies Off Overpass in Fresno Killing Driver

November 29, 2011- A driver was killed in a crash in Fresno, Tuesday morning on the westbound transition from Highway 168 to Highway 180. The accident happened at about 3:00 AM.

The driver, Jordan Stokes, was traveling in a 2006 Ford Escape, when he lost control of his vehicle. The Ford drifted off the highway, hit the center divide before Olive Avenue and struck a road sign.

The vehicle went airborne as it traveled over the overpass and crashed into a dirt embankment on the south side of the street, under the Highway 168 overpass.

Stokes was thrown from his SUV. He received major injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.

The CHP are investigating the cause of the crash. They claim that fog was not a factor.
