January 1 fatal Highway 99 accident

On January 1 a man was killed in a single-vehicle accident on Highway 99 near G Street in Merced. The driver was traveling southbound when the vehicle veered onto the right shoulder and hit the guardrail. The car then traveled back into the left lane and stopped.
