September 5 accident victim identified
One of the victims from the accident on Oakdale Road near Highway 59 has been identified as Julie Gastelum. Three people were killed in that accident which involved a turned over truck that left the road and subsequently went through a fence. None of the victims were wearing seat belts and all three were thrown from the vehicle. The names of the other two victims have not been released yet. www.nelsonrozier.com

September 5 wrongful death accident in Merced County
On September 5 two people were killed and another seriously injured in an accident on Oakdale Road near Highway 59 in Merced County. According to reports all three of the victims were in a pickup truck that rolled over several times. None of the victims was wearing a seat belt and all three were ejected from the vehicle. The male driver and a female passenger suffered fatal injuries. A second female passenger was air lifted to Doctors Medical Center in Modesto with serious injuries. March 6 deadly pedestrian accident in Oakdale
On March 6 Michael Harrell was killed in a deadly pedestrian accident in Oakdale. Reportedly Harrell was hit by a car on West F Street. He was not in a crosswalk. Harrell was also reported to have been intoxicated at the time of the accident. He was taken to Doctors Medical Center and placed on life support. His family removed the life support and he passed away. The driver of the vehicle is not being charged at this time. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

February 21 Highway 120-108 rollover accident
On February 21 a pickup truck was involved in a rollover accident on Highway 120-108 near Oakdale. Reportedly the truck rolled several times before coming to a rest in the westbound lanes. There were two people in the car. One was treated for mild to moderate injuries, and the other was not injuried. January 17 rollover accident near Oakdale
On January 17 a man rolled his Honda Accord on Albers Road near Oakdale after losing control of the vehicle. He was wearing a seatbelt and did not require hospitalization. It is unknown what caused him to lose control of the vehicle. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/

December 6 pedestrian accident in Oakdale
On December 9 an elementary school student in Oakdale was hit by a car while crossing in the crosswalk at the intersection of North Lee and Pontiac. The child, a student at Fair Oaks Elementary School, suffered minor injuries. The car that hit them was making a left-hand turn when it hit the sixth grader. The boy was taken to Kaiser Modesto Medical Center where he was only treated for superficial bumps and bruises. reportedly, the driver was momentarily blinded by the sun as he turned east and will not be cited. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
