Tulare man hurt in crash

April 26, 2010--At 1 pm yesterday 2 vehicles collided at Avenue 264 and Road 156 northeast of Tulare.  A westbound Tundra ran a stop sign and hit the car driven by Ronald Philpot, age 39 who was driving a utility truck.

Issues to be determined include the speed of each car, whether they were on the job, whether spring folliage growth had blocked the stop sign, etc.  A complete review of this case would include downloading the air bag modules, getting the accident history for this location, photographing nearby orchards, and speaking with parties and witnesses.  Our law firm is located just 10 miles from the scene of this crash. We have been involved in at least two other recent blocked stop sign cases in Tualre County.   Please give me a call later today.  Attorney John Rozier  559-713-0159.  http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
