March 4 Tulare County dump truck accident

On March 4 Ken Lowe was run over by a dump truck while washing another dump truck at Avenue 256 and Lovers Lane in Visalia. Reportedly Lowe backed into the path of another truck while trying to straighted the water hose he was using. Lowe was flown to Community Regional Medical Center. http://www.nelsonrozier.com/
