Man Critically Injured in Motorcycle Collision on Ashlan Avenue, in Fresno

Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield Collision Attorney John L. Rozier has the following accident report; On Thursday, July 16, 2015, a man was seriously hurt in a motorcycle accident.  The vehicle collision happened in West Central Fresno, at about 5:00 PM.

The motorcyclist was reportedly following a pickup truck, traveling westbound on Ashlan Avenue.  For an unknown reason, at the intersection of Hayes Avenue, the biker rear-ended the truck.

The man suffered major injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.  It is said that he is in critical condition.

Police have this incident under investigation.

No other information is available.

Fatal Car Crash on St. John's River Bridge in Visalia

April 14, 2015- A rear-end automobile accident took place in Visalia, on Tuesday.  The fatal car crash happened at the St. John's River bridge, on McAuliff Street, at around 3:30 AM.

Jose De Jesus Sanchez, 65, was driving a black 1999 Hyundai Accent, at a slower rate of speed, traveling south on McAuliff St., across the bridge.  At the same time a Honda Accord, driven by 22 year old Michael Coffman, was driving southbound on the bridge at a faster speed.

The Honda crashed into the back of the Hyundai, and pushed both vehicles south across the bridge.  The autos came to rest in front of Golden West High School.

Sanchez suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

Coffman and a passenger in the Honda sustained minor injuries.  Both did not want medical treatment.

Tulare County Automobile Collision on McAuliff Street, in Visalia

On Tuesday, April 14, 2015, in Visalia, a vehicle collision ended in the death of a victim who has been identified as Jose De Jesus Sanchez.  The accident occurred on McAuliff Street, at approximately 3:30 AM.

A black, 1999 Hyundai Accent, driven by Jose De Jesus Sanchez, 65 years old, was headed southbound across the St. John's River bridge.  Michael Coffman, 22, and his passenger were also driving southbound on McAuliff St., in a black, Honda Accord.

Sanchez was driving at a slower rate of speed than Coffman, and the two cars crashed.  The Honda rear-ended the Hyundai, and both automobiles came to rest just south of the bridge, in front of Golden West High School.

Sanchez died at the scene of the collision.  Coffman and his passenger sustained injuries, but refused medical treatment.

The fatal accident continues to be under investigation.

Fatal Rear-end Car Collision in Visalia, on St. John's River Bridge

On Tuesday, April 14, 2015, a fatal automobile collision happened on McAuliff Street, in Visalia.  The read-end car accident happened at the St. John's River bridge, near Golden West High School, at 3:30 in the morning.

A black, 1999 Hyundai Accent, driven by Jose De Jesus Sanchez, was driving south on McAuliff, over the bridge.

At the same time a Honda Accord, driven by Michael Coffman, 22, was also traveling southbound across the bridge.  Authorities reported that the Honda was traveling at a much higher rate of speed, than the Hyundai.

Coffman struck the 65 year old man's vehicle from behind.  And the two cars were pushed south across the bridge.  Both autos came to rest in front of the high school.

Sanchez died at the scene of the collision.

Coffman and a passenger in the Accord, sustained minor injuries.  They both refused medical treatment.

Automobile Crash at St. John's River Bridge in Visalia, Ends in Fatality

On Tuesday, April 14, 2015, an automobile collision fatally injured a 65 year old man, in Visalia.  The vehicle accident took place on the St. John's River bridge, on McAuliff Street, at 3:30 AM.

A 1999 Hyundai Accent, driven by Jose De Jesus Sanchez, was headed south on McAuliff St., over the bridge, near Golden West High School.  A Honda Accord, traveling at a faster speed, was also southbound across the bridge.

The Honda ran into the back of the Hyundai and pushed both vehicles completely across the bridge.  The cars came to rest in front of the high school.

Sanchez died at the scene of the collision.

Visalia Automobile Accident Ends in Fatality, on McAuliff Street

Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; The driver of a read-end car collision, that occurred on Tuesday, April 14, 2015, has been identified.  The fatal vehicle crash took place in Visalia, at the St. John's River bridge, at 3:30 AM.

Jose De Jesus Sanchez, 65, was driving a black, 1999 Hyundai Accent southbound on McAuliff Street.  As the vehicle was crossing the St. John's River bridge, near Golden West High School, the Hyundai was hit from behind by a black, Honda Accord.

The Honda was driven by Michael Coffman, 22 years old, of Visalia.  Police reported that the Honda was traveling at a much higher rate of speed, than the Hyundai, when the automobiles collided.  Both vehicles came to rest south of the bridge, near the high school.

Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

Coffman and his passenger suffered minor injuries and refused treatment.

Vehicle Collision in Tulare County on Highway 190 Ends in Fatality

On Monday, December 1, 2014, a Porterville woman was killed in a car accident, in Tulare County.  The vehicle collision occurred on Highway 190, at about 10:15 AM.

A 44 year old female driver, was driving a 1996 Chevrolet automobile on Highway 190, east of Road 193.  Virginia Perez, was a passenger in the Chevy.  The car stopped on the roadway to make a left-hand turn into a private driveway, when it was hit from behind by a 1999 Ford.

The Ford was driven by a 22 year old Strathmore man, who was reported to have been traveling at 58 mph when it rear-ended the Chevy.

Perez sustained serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Sierra View Medical Center, in Porterville.  She died from her wounds while in the hospital.

No reports on the condition of the other two victims in the accident.

Porterville Woman Killed in Car Accident on Highway 190

Tulare County Personal Injury Lawyer John Rozier has the following accident update; A rear-end vehicle collision ends in fatality, on Monday, December 1, 2014.  The car accident occurred west of Porterville, at approximately 10:15 AM, on Highway 190.

A 1996 Chevy vehicle, driven by a 44 year old woman, was traveling on Highway 190, when it stopped to turn left into a private driveway.  Virginia Perez, of Porterville, was a passenger in the Chevrolet.

A Strathmore man, 22 years old, was driving a 1999 Ford at about 58 miles per hour, when it crashed into the back of the Chevy.  The incident took place east of Road 193.

Perez suffered major injuries and was rushed to Sierra View Medical Center.  She later died while in the hospital.

It is not known whether the other two people involved in the crash were hurt.

Tulare County Automobile Collision on Road 208 in Porterville

Visalia Vehicle Accident Lawyer John Rozier has the subsequent collision report; On Wednesday, October 29, 2014, one person was injured in a car crash, in Tulare County.  The automobile accident happened in Porterville, at about 8:10 AM.

The two vehicle collision took place on the 14983 block of Road 208 and involved one car rear-ending another.  One car had two occupants, and one of the victims sustained injuries and was taken to the hospital.

The driver of the other auto suffered minor injuries, but refused treatment.

Car Rear-Ends Van on McKinley Avenue in Fresno

December 26, 2011- A two car crash occurred in Fresno, Monday, at about 8 PM.

A van was stopped at a red light, near the Highway 168 off-ramp on McKinley Avenue, between Maple and Cedar avenues. A man driving a Pontiac, was going 40-50 mph. He failed to stop for the light, and slammed into the back of the van.


The driver of the van was not seriously hurt. The driver of the Pontiac suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Community Regional Medical Center.

5 Vehicle Collision on Mooney Boulevard in Visalia

December 20, 2011- A crash happened on Mooney Boulevard between five vehicles, in Visalia, Tuesday. The accident happened between Visalia Parkway and Mid Valley Avenue.

The collision was caused after one vehicle rear-ended another, causing a chain reaction involving five vehicles total.

Only minor injuries were reported.

June 5 Tulare County accident near Exeter injures 5

On June 5 five people were injured in an accident at the intersection of Visalia and Anderson Roads near Exeter in Tulare County. According to reports Duane Deeds was westbound on Visalia Road in his Chevy pickup as he approached the Anderson Road intersection. Deeds began to slow down as he approached the stop sign at the intersection. All the while, Kimberly Sanchez was behind Deeds in her Buick Park Avenue and was “attending to her iced tea drink that kept falling over” when she did not notice him slowing down and hit the back of Deed’s vehicle at approximately 40 mph. Sanchez and her passenger, 17-year-old Jennifer Robinson, suffered moderate injuries and were taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center for treatment. Deeds also suffered moderate injuries. The passengers in Deeds’ vehicle, Regina Deeds and Noah Reeds, suffered minor injuries and were also treated at Kaweah Delta.

March 8 Fresno accident confirmed a dui

On March 8 Shaela Warkentin was seriously injured when the vehicle she was riding in was rear-ended by Douglas Lindsay who was driving under the influence of Vicodin at the time. Reportedly Karissa Warkentin was westbound on Barstow Avenue in Fresno when she stopped for the red light at the intersection of Maroa Avenue. It was then that Lindsey's pickup truck hit the back of her car. Shaela Warkentin was trapped in the vehicle after the accident. Shaela is still hospitalized in the trauma center at Community Regional Medical Center. Lindsey's arrest was announced on April 14 after it was confirmed that he was driving under the influence of Vicodin at the time of the accident.

April 14 major accident at Avenue 344 and Road 140 in Visalia seriously injures two

On April 13 two people were hospitalized with serious injuries following an accident on Avenue 344 at Road 140 north of Visalia. Reportedly a woman was driving a Suburban when she ran a stop sign on Avenue 344 at Road 140. She then rear-ended a Blazer driven by a man who was turning right onto a driveway. Both drivers were taken to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno for treatment.

January 25 accident on Highway 198 in Hanford injures 6

On January 25 six people were injured in an accident on Highway 198 at 12th Avenue in Hanford. The accident closed eastbound Highway 198 for 2 1/2 hours that night. The accident occurred when a small car slowed for a tow truck that was removing debris from the road. The small car was then rear ended by an SUV. Five of the vicitms were in that small car. The three in the back seat, all teenagers, were all in critical condition. The driver of the SUV, also a teenager, sustained minor injuries. December 17 Highway 99 accident near Livingston

On December 17 two vehicles were involved in an accident on Highway 99 near Livingston. Joseph Mendoza rear-ended James Burns in the fast lane of the highway at an unknown rate of speed. Mendoza did not suffer any injuries. Burns was reported to have minor injuries. November 17 rollover accident in Modesto at West Orangeburg and Ardmore Avenues

On the morning of November 17 a man was injured when his vehicle rear ended another vehicle and flipped over at the intersection of West Orangeburg and Ardmore Avenues in Modesto. The man was driving a Toyota Camry westbound on Orangeburg when backed up traffic caused him to rear end a Ford Escort. His car then continued on and flipped on its roof.
