On April 11 three cars were involved in an accident at Demaree Street and Visalia Parkway in Visalia. The accident occurred when a Honda Civic heading north on Demaree hit a Ford Expedition. The Expedition then hit a Jeep Liberty that was attempting to turn right onto Visalia Parkway. This caused the Liberty to jump the curb and hit a streetlight pole. The driver of the Liberty was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries and the driver of the Civic was examined by police and firefighters for injuries but denied further medical care. It is unclear whether the driver of the Civic or the Expedition caused the accident.
