February 9, 2012- A woman standing on Highwya 41, in Madera County, was hit and killed Thursday morning. The accident happened at about 2:00 AM.
Keng Kao Moua, of Fresno, was driving a 2008 Toyota Tacoma, south on Highway 41, near Road 208. Moua was unable to react in time to avoid hitting the woman, who was standing in the roadway.
The pedestrian was prounounced dead at the scene of the crash.
