Visalia Accident Attorney
John Rozier has the following collision report; On Saturday, March 21, 2015, a woman pushing a 1-month-old baby in a stroller, was seriously hurt in a truck accident. The pickup truck crash happened in Visalia, at approximately 10:30 AM.
A pedestrian, Jasmina Uson, was walking on Caldwell Avenue, near Shady Street, with the baby in the stroller. Uson crossed the driveway of a private parking lot, and was hit by a 2013 GMC Sierra pickup truck, driven by Donald Presser Jr., near the Sequoia Mall.
Uson sustained severe injuries. The 38 year old was taken to Kaweah Delta Medical Center, in Visalia, for treatment.
The infant and Presser did not suffer any injury.
